Delivery and Return Policy

Returns are accepted as per distance selling regulations. You have the right to return your order regardless of any fault. The stock must be received in good condition and the cost of carriage is paid by the customer. A refund will then be made within 10 days. You do not have to give a reason for it’s return.
All stock is guaranteed to grow and guaranteed true to name. In these instances the cost of replacement, and it’s carriage, is paid by us, the company. We reserve the right to ask for the return of the stock if necessary to help in establishing the cause of failure.
